Welcome to Encore Food Truck, operating in Orleans, MA.
My name is Emily Hilliar. My family and I settled on Cape Cod in 2014. After a 25 year career teaching violin and directing orchestras, I am beginning a new venture as a food truck entrepreneur.
Operating year-round, Encore Food Truck aims to provide globally inspired lunches for our working community as well as visitors to our beautiful town. We source most of our ingredients from local vendors: meat & dairy from sustainable and humane New England farms, and as much local produce as the seasons allow.
