Welcome to Encore Food Truck, operating in and around Orleans, MA.

My name is Emily Hilliar. My family and I settled on Cape Cod in 2014. After a 25 year career teaching violin and directing orchestras, I am now a food truck entrepreneur and chef.  

Since opening in 2023, Encore Food Truck has aimed to provide globally inspired lunches for our working community as well as visitors to our beautiful town. You’ll also see Encore collaborating with local businesses and participating in community events, as well as private function catering.

I source most of my ingredients from local vendors: meat & dairy from sustainable and humane New England farms, and as much local produce as the seasons allow.
